India were beaten by three wickets by South Africa in a thrilling Cricket World Cup Group B match in Nagpur and Sachin Tendulkar’s sixth World Cup century went in vain.
The half-centuries from Hashim Amla, Jacques Kallis and AB de Villiers and then 18 in seven balls in the death overs from Robin Peterson helped South Africa to register an important win against India with two balls to spare, which removed their label as “chokers”.
